The GPMPC does not endorse or encourage illegal behavior by anyone participating in the Parade. The GPMPC is the permit holder and reserves the right to deny participation of any group or individual who may be considered unacceptable to participate in the Parade.

The GPMPC will abide by all New York State laws governing public decency. Any individual or group who violates these laws may be removed from the Parade by the NYPD.

Each club takes individual responsibility for its participation in the parade which includes organizing appropriate forms of transport for its members to the location of the parade. The club agrees to pay a $20 fee for the subsidization of materials and refreshments provided to your participants by the Polish Youth Association at the parade. This fee can be paid in cash or check on the day of the parade or to the organization's Venmo @polishyouthassn by the day of the parade. The club and all participants of the contingent agree to abide by local & state laws, and the rules and regulations outlined in the document above.
